Elevate your events with a professional Master of Ceremonies (MC)

A good host or EmCee will expertly manage the flow of the event, control the energy levels in the room and deal with any unexpected glitches without losing the audience’s attention. This is exactly what my clients get when they work with me.

It all starts with a plan. I work closely with the event organisers to devise, and rehearse, a detailed plan of action. Every little detail is captured - from meticulously choreographing the stage entrances and exits, working with the sound engineers to understanding and supporting the commercial objectives of the event. This takes the pressure off the organisers knowing they are in safe hands.

What if things go wrong?

Even perfectly planned events can go wrong sometimes. And this is where a good host shines and can help you keep the event going without losing the audience interest. Over the years, I have honed a quick-witted, humorous and quirky approach that can smooth over any issues, fast, and keep your guests entertained.

“Norman (Norrie) Jackson is an absolute star. He has been our Master of Ceremonies at the Annual Victoria Foundation Christmas Ball for the last three years and he has done a brilliant job. We normally attract a crowd of around 300 so he is not intimidated by large numbers. He is always thoroughly prepared and quite quirky. “
